Class Term and Condition
Beginner class
Season: April - October
Saturday, Sunday and or Public Holidays for group and one on one
Maximum of participants for group class: 5.
Group rate is offered to individual who forms his / her own group from 3 to 5 participants.
Skill improvement class
Season: November - March
Saturday, Sunday and or Public Holidays
Maximum of participants for group class: 5.
Equipments are included for all classes
- Windsurfing board, sail and lifejacket may only be used by the person who is taking a course or renting it.
- Cheung Chau Windsurfing Centre will not be liable for any damage or claim arriving out of bodily injury or third party damage.
- Course fee must be paid in full at least 3 days before the course.
Booking Policy
Payment is not refundable.
Date change - Must be made 48 hrs before course.
Each student / group is subject to 3 date changes only.
Date change in case of bad weather (black rain signal, typhoon, dense fog and etc) will not be included in the above date change policy
The Hong Kong Observatory gives a 7 days weather forecast.
Cheung Chau Windsurfing Centre will closely monitor the condition if it is suitable for the windsurfing class. In case of bad weather (definitions are elaborated in our Booking Policy above), the windsurfing class will be postponed 7 days later or any date according to the student(s) preference with a validity of 6 months.
Windsurfing Gear Rental Multi Pass
- Minimum hour for rental - 2 hours / person / visit.
- Same charge for all sail size.
- The priority is set in a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
- The pass is not transferable.
- After the completion of these 20 hours, you can apply the skill improvement course to 'upgrade' the challenge!
